I apologize for some incorrect information.

The KOP valves come from festo.com

But there are more valves available at clippard.com and norgren.com

When I look at these valves, I have no idea what I'm looking at so...yeah.

Heh. All this pneumatics stuff is scary, I know nothing anymore. Ahhh!

The first one looks pretty good, though why are they in different sizes? Would we need to buy one for each direction (in and out) or does one do both?

Why remove the information? Don't need to remove it, just say you know it could be what we want, but you're not sure. Someone could know what it is (i.e. Dad/Dallas).

The valve above was the one that I thought would be good, but I'm not sure how L/min translate to PSI

You don't. It's liters per minute. Each cylinder can hold x liters of air. Ergo, you can figure out how much time is needed to fill a full cylinder, ergo how fast it will open.
