Championship Scouting

As you know, scouting, is a major part of how we perform, who we make parnters/support with.
Who is in charge of this? Remember, although, our primary goal is our division, if we make it to the Championship, we need to know what the other divisions have been doing.
Someone needs to make sure Mihalko is as involved as he can be. I believe he was integral in our efforts and therefore our win at Palmetto.
