Here's another video and apparently it's the team's "final" kicker.

It's pretty nice, quick, and easily adjustable.

That's pretty neat and simple.

Are they kicking the ball with the piston and the bands? I would think the bands would be kinda useless, though they might actually make the piston move faster. I'm not sure if it would create a vacuum or not.

I'm not sure if you remember, but they put the pressure against the piston, and then shoot out. So when the piston "not so much" pressure, then the bands come into play. With the bands, they shoot a good 6'-8'.

It's pretty neat. We should see how the pistons we get work out, possibly with some bungees as well.
