Championship Wednesday

We can bring in 5 team members on Wednesday and work from 6-9pm. I will be one of five.

We need a team of people to load the trailer on Wednesday probably about 3-4pm on Wed.

I am pretty sure Dallas can pull the trailer down to the Dome and assist with the unload. This means that we haul in what 5 of us can on the first trip. 3 of us then will uncrate, start setting up the Pits, etc. The other two will retrieve more stuff from the trailer.

How do we all get to the dome? Dallas and I in his truck. How many in Rutland's truck? Then what do Dallas and Rutland do until 9PM when we are done?

I was under the impression that we would be bringing only three students, and two mentors...oh well.

Regardless, I think that if the unloading procedure is to be as stated above, then the three people who come in can begin on the changes (flipping the bot/backing flap/etc), while the others go and retrieve more stuff. We can have the robot ready in just about 1.5 hours and get ready for inspection at that time.

Since we can only carry in what 5 team members can bring in on one trip we kinda need to prioritize what we need on Wednesday night to make any changes to the robot that we desire. If we need to make a little kit of commonly used screws and things, so be it, but I think we should be able to pull in the cart and things.

I think that one person can push in the big toolbox.
One person can push in the wire rack. (We can put the box of spare parts and whatnots on here)
One person can push in the small toolbox. (We can put the batteries box on top of here)
One Person can roll in the cart.
One person can roll in gray cart or Help others.
