The Tower

We need to get some clarification on this tower. What I read is that we can not touch the grey or black taped BALL RETURN or RETURN BARS. This means we do not 'hang' from an End Zone, but only the center part. The return bar is on the endzone side of the tower. Also, the rules kind of imply that if you can drive ontop of the tunnel and touch the tower that 2 points would be awarded. You are technically 'above' the plane of the tunnel.
