There are two different types of bearings (shielded and non-shielded) inside the wheels that we're using: the shielded type protrudes out 1/16th of an inch more than the non-shielded, so we need to account for that in our PVC spacers.
There are 4 wheels with non-shielded bearings and 6 wheels with shielded bearings.
We need four sets of PVC spacers that accommodate the 1/16th inch less.
Total measurements/parts needed were:
6x 1 inch spacer
6x 1 and 1/4 inch spacer
4x 1 and 1/16th inch spacer
4x 1 and 5/16th inch spacer
We also need to finish putting the spacers+sprockets on the wheels. If I recall correctly, there are some unused 32teeth sprockets and spacers on the C-base chassis.
Unfortunately, I think the only people that know the chaining plan for this bot are me, Tanner, Sunny, and Ryan.
I cannot CADD. >_>. Enjoy this Microsoft Paint drawing (which incidentally, is not to scale... sorry.)

Dark gray = "Inside chain"
Light gray = "Outside chain"
Green = Chain from Toughbox to center wheel
Red Circles = Idler Sprockets (Need two)
Blue box = Toughbox
Black Circles = 32 teeth Sprockets
Sorry for inflicting this pain-in-the-butt-to-chain chain onto you guys. On the plus side, you can be relatively generous on the chain lengths as long as you place the idler sprockets accordingly. I will probably be back from my GHP interview at 1 PM... MSH, people. (Make "Stuff" Happen)
